PCBL hosted a virtual production training programme with broadcasting partners in the use of the production equipment provided earlier in the year. The training sessions covered the basics of production such as lighting and framing a shot as well as postproduction editing.

Part of the production training included assignments for each broadcaster to create content using the skills learned. The example video above was created by David Meti of Araura TV in Aitutaki, Cook Islands.
In addition to the broadcasting focused training, PCBL also provided ancillary training and support to our broadcasting partners across the region including business continuity planning and the establishment of a technical helpdesk offering advice, guidance, and support when required.
