Pacific Cooperation Broadcasting Limited’s 2019 Media Exchange Programme ran from 17 June to 28 June and is the third time PCBL has hosted the programme. It included eight participants from six broadcasters across the Pacific and involved a two-week technical or operational internship at a New Zealand broadcaster. For the first time, the programme included four journalists at Radio New Zealand. The programme provided an opportunity for broadcasters to either learn or refine skills and systems to be incorporated in their own daily operations.
