COP28 will see the first ever Global Stocktake conclude, to indicate if and how much progress is being made towards the Paris Agreement. Amelia Rigsby spoke to WWF Pacific’s Senior Policy and Government Affairs Manager, Alfred Ralifo, to find out what missing the Paris Agreement goals means and what a successful COP28 for the Pacific looks like.
