The Pacific Islands Climate Action Network (PICAN), serves as a regional coalition of civil society organisations dedicated to addressing climate change in the Pacific region. Amelia Rigsby spoke to Lavenatalagi Seru, Regional Coordinator for PICAN, about their key objectives for the Pacific at COP28 including fossil fuel phaseout and Loss and Damage.
